BCP wrote, produced and directed a Health and Food Safety DVD to train staff at Butlins, Warner Holidays, British Holidays and Haven. It was presented by Dave Benson Phillips and featured a series of modules accessible by an interactive menu.

The DVD was accompanied by a workbook to be completed by trainees.
