The video was commissioned by Next plc to train call centre and store staff in the procedures involved in a new instore collection service.

The video followed the process of ordering goods by phone, picking the goods from the warehouse, despatch from the distribution centre and delivery and storage in store. Copies of the video were sent to 220 participating stores.
